Homecoming

The parade is Friday, September 30 at 4:15 p.m. It starts in the Joliet West parking lot and proceeds west on Glenwood Avenue to Springfield; turns right and heads to Avalon; turns right and heads east to Madison; turns right and heads south to Glenwood; turns left and heads back to the West parking lot. 

The Homecoming football game v Romeoville High School takes place September 30 at 6:30 p.m.   
   
Community Members & Non-Students must purchase tickets online at bit.ly/WestPresale prior to game day on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are NOT sold on game day.      
  
Alumni must complete the West Alumni Homecoming Ticket Request Form if they wish to receive a complimentary alumni ticket.  A pass list will be held at the gate and alumni must show an ID at the entrance to confirm free entry. The deadline for the complimentary pass list is September 26.  No additional names will be accepted after that time, and tickets cannot be purchased at the gate on game day. Guests will be denied entry without a ticket or their name the pass list.   
   
Season Ticket Holders must pick up a ticket for each home varsity game from the West Bookstore during regular school hours. There is no charge for tickets, but they must be picked up. Questions: contact Christi Cardwell at ccardwell@jths.org.
     
Students must pick up or purchase tickets at the bookstore during bookstore hours Monday - Thursday and on Fridays until noon. Tickets are only available the week of the game and cannot be picked up for all games at once. Students without an activity sticker must pay $2. Tickets will NOT be sold or distributed on the day of the game.  

This year’s Homecoming Dance is Saturday, October 1 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. in the field house. Tickets are $25 and are on sale now through Friday, September 23.

Purchase tickets online HERE. Only guest tickets for approved guests can be purchased in the Book Store.  All outstanding fees must be paid before tickets can be purchased.  There are no refunds for students who purchase more than one ticket.

Students from other schools are not allowed to attend. Families of participants may attend with younger siblings.

Tuesday: Frat Boy vs. Sorority Girls 
Wednesday: Culture Day 
Thursday: Baby vs. Elders 
Friday: Battle of Classes Day- Wear your class color.  Homecoming shirts will be on sale in the bookstore for $7 until sold out. 
Freshman: Gold 
Sophomore: Gray 
Juniors: White 
Seniors: Black 
Staff: Gold tie dye
