Adulting 101 Webinar for Senior High School Girls & College Students – Registration Open 
Female high school seniors and college students are invited to attend an interactive webinar designed to teach the basics that adults wish they learned earlier in life, but were never taught.  “Adulting 101 – Surviving and Thriving” talks about the topics of sex, consent, safety apps, mental health, diversity, allyship, the importance selecting friends who reflect your values, and more.  The webinar takes place on April 28 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Register HERE. Attendees have the opportunity to win prizes and giveaways. 

Class of 2021 Senior Information 
Seniors should be on the lookout for communication on Tuesday from Mr. Hallihan and Dr. Gibson.  The communication includes important senior information such as in-person graduation logistics.  Senior parents will receive this information via mail.  For more senior information, visit the Central Class of 2021 and West Class of 2021 webpages.   

Will County Vaccination Clinics Now Open to Everyone 16 & Older 
Will County Vaccination Clinics, including the one at West Campus, are now open to Will County residents 16 and older.  Please note that if you are registering someone under the age of 18 you must register for a day when the Pfizer vaccine is being administered; the parent/guardian must be present for the appointment.  You must have an appointment to receive a vaccine at a clinic.  There are no walk-ins. To schedule an appointment and for more information, visit: https://willcountyhealth.org/vaccine-locations/.

An at-a-glance guide with a comprehensive listing of Will County resources is now available.  The guide contains resources for rent/mortgage/utility assistance, legal help, homelessness, domestic abuse/ violence, mental health/crisis counseling, senior assistance, veteran assistance, food resources, and medical care.  Keep this guide handy and share with others.  View Resource Guide 

HBCU Experience Night 
JTHS students can virtually meet, ask questions, and discuss experiences with Historically Black College and University (HBCU) alumni and students during HBCU Experience Night.  The event take place via Zoom on April 19 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.  Use the following link: https://bit.ly/3deWRsU

Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee
The Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee invites you to be part of their second event of the year, LA GENERACIÓN DEL PODER (The Generation of Power) on April 21st at 6pm. Let's unite and learn together, the theme will be focused on the well-being of our youth. The webinar will be in Spanish with speakers tuning in from Mexico. Pre-Certification for Hybrid Students
