Semester 2 Report Cards   
Report Cards will be posted to Campus Parent and Campus Student at 5 p.m. today. Instructions for viewing report cards are available in English and Spanish.  If you need assistance, contact a Central Campus Family Liaison or West Campus Family Liaison

Summer School Session 2 Registration 

Summer school takes place at Joliet Central High School with Session 1 (June 3 – June 22) and Session 2 (June 24 – July 29).  Session 2 credit recovery courses are still available until Thursday, June 6.  For more information, including the information needed to register for Session 2, visit the Summer Programs Webpage.  If your student is attending Summer School and is taking the bus, view the Summer School Bus Routes
 
Will County Back to School Fair – Registration Open 

The Catholic Charities Will County Back to School Fair takes place from 2 – 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at St. Mary Immaculate, 15629 S. Route 59 in Plainfield. This is a countywide effort to assist low-income families through a contact-free drive-thru school supply distribution.  Those seeking assistance with school supplies must pre-register online HERE. ShareFest Free Food Giveaway Event in Downtown Joliet – May 25  

A free food giveaway event is taking place on Saturday, May 25, at the Will County Office Building, 302 N. Chicago Street, from 9 a.m. until noon, or while supplies last.  The event is open to anyone in need of fresh food.  Attendees will have the opportunity to drive up and volunteers will pack their vehicle with groceries in the Will County Office Building parking lot. No registration or pre-approval is required. Attendees are asked to enter the parking lot from Scott Street, which is a one-way street from the south. Student Volunteers Needed for ShareFest Food Giveaway 
Student volunteers are needed for this large-scale food distribution with time slots ranging from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. View the volunteer opportunities and sign up to volunteer HERE.  Students will receive Community Service Hours for their participation.  Bring the Community Service Form and have it signed.  
 
Student Volunteer Opportunity – Joliet Central Reunion Tour Assistance 

Student volunteers are needed to assist with Joliet Central Reunion Tours on the Saturdays listed below from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  Students will receive five hours of community service for their participation.  Bring the Community Service Form with you and have it signed.  Email Ms. Petronio at epetronio@jths.org to sign up as a volunteer.

Student Volunteers Needed for Spanish Community Center Food Pantry 
The Spanish Community Center is seeking students who can serve as volunteers in their food pantry on a regular basis.  If you are interested in volunteering, text or call (779) 939-7897 or email jonathan@spanishcenter.org

Fairmont Community Partnership Group Summer Mentoring Program 
Fairmont Community Partnership Group is offering a Summer Mentoring Program to youth ages 10-18.  The program includes college and career exploration, life skills, games, sports, field trips, guest speakers, and more.  Lunch and snacks are provided.  For more information, including the QR to register, view the English Flyer or Spanish Flyer
 
Planet Fitness Free Summer Pass for teens Ages 14-19 

Planet Fitness is offering teens ages 14-19 a free summer pass from June 1 to August 31.  View the Free Summer Pass Flyer for the link to sign up. 
 
Free Summer Meals for Children 18 and Under  

Free meals are available during the summer to all children 18 and under, regardless of income level.  This Illinois State Board of Education program has several Joliet-area sites that offer breakfast, lunch, or both.  For more information, call (800) 359-2163, text FOODIL to 877877 or visit www.SummerMealsIllinois.org.  View the Summer Meal Flyer for more information. 
 
JTHS Board of Education Summer Meeting Dates  
The Board of Education summer meetings take place at 7 p.m. on the following dates: Monday, June 17; Tuesday, July 16; and Tuesday, August 20 at the Administrative Center.  Agendas are posted at least 48 hours before the meeting.  Meetings are live-streamed. Individuals wishing to make public comments must sign up upon arrival before 6:50 p.m.  
 
JTHS Foundation Golf Outing June 13 

Join the JTHS Foundation for their 23rd Annual Wadsworth Golf Outing on Thursday, June 13, from 8 a.m. to noon at Inwood Golf Club. Golf Outing Volunteers Are Needed!  

Students, staff, and alumni volunteers are needed from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Volunteers will help in a variety of areas, including registration, raffles, hole monitors/subs, and other tasks as needed.  To sign up to volunteer, email Ms. Hunt at kmhunt@jths.org.
