Mission
The mission of the Pupil Personnel Services, a supportive and qualified staff, in collaboration with administration, parents, teachers and community is to provide every student with a comprehensive and age appropriate academic, social and career developmental plan which will empower students to participate productively in a global society.
Philosophy
- All students’ cultural heritage/ethnicity & race are linked within their adolescent development; therefore, it is essential to respect differences in cultural and learning needs.
- In coordination with administration, parents, teachers, and community, we will provide age appropriate academic, career, and social development while instilling individual responsibility among all students.
- Parents/ guardians, staff, and community members are necessary entities to work in collaboration with one another to support student achievement.
- Support Services will be based on measurable means derived and interpreted from qualitative and quantitative data.
