Students and the community are invited to participate in the annual Collins St. Neighborhood Cleanup Day on Saturday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Students will receive two community service hours for participating.  Bring the Community Service Form with you and make sure to have it signed.  Lunch is provided.

Volunteers should meet at Desmond Park, which is located on the corner of Henderson & Columbia.  During this annual event, volunteers help keep the neighborhood clean and are asked to dress for the occasion.  Volunteers will begin at Desmond Park then head south on Henderson to Jackson, then head west on Jackson to the African Descendants Military & Historical Museum (Casseday House) at 575 Jackson St. Everyone is welcome to participate!
