View your School Portraits, and select your yearbook/class picture before Retake Day! 

• To view your school portraits, look for an email sent to you by “Visual Image Photography”, or go to vipis.com (student ID number may be required) 

• If a retake picture is needed, do not select a yearbook picture. Retake pictures will be taken on September 25 for West students and October 17 for Central students. This is only for students who have not yet taken a Yearbook Portrait this year or students who have a need for a new picture. All students must have a current portrait in order to appear in this year’s yearbook. 

• Retake photos will be added to your online image gallery, and you’ll receive an email alert with new photos about a week after the retake day. 

• Seniors refer to separate deadlines for yearbook picture submissions. 

• The final deadline to select a yearbook picture is October 23 for West and November 3 for Central for underclass students and seniors who only have photos that were taken at school on fall school picture day.  

• After these dates, VIP will choose a yearbook image for you. 

• Note: Seniors who took a photo on school picture day AND paid for a “VIP Premier Senior Portrait Session” - the image you choose from your Premier Session gallery will be your yearbook selection. If you’d rather use an image taken during the school picture day instead, you’ll need to contact support@vipis.com
