Semester 2 final exams are scheduled for May 27-29. The final exam schedule for Joliet Central and Joliet West, in English and Spanish, can be viewed HERE. 
 
Wednesday, May 27 is an 8-period day with one final exam during period 2. Students have a full day with no changes to the arrival or dismissal times.  
  
Thursday, May 28 there are two arrival times.  Students are released from school at 1:35 p.m. unless they are taking a final exam make up.  
The two arrival times are:  

• 8:20 a.m. for students with a period 4 class. 

• 9:40 a.m. for students with a period 4 lunch/advisory or study hall. Students with 4th period study lunch/advisory or study hall do not report until period 5, which is 9:40 a.m.  

Friday, May 29 there are two arrival times, and students are released from school at 12:15 p.m. unless they are taking a final exam make up.  
The two arrival times are:  

• 8:20 a.m. for freshman students (period 1 exam). 

• 9:40 a.m. for upper-class students (period 3 exam).

Breakfast & Lunch 
Breakfast is served each day. No lunch is served on May 28 or May 29. 
 
Final Exam Make Ups   
There is time built into the final exam schedule on May 28 and 29 for final exam make ups. Students or their parent/guardian must contact the teacher if they need to make up an exam.
