New Appointments at Central's Vaccine Clinic for May 28

New appointments have been added to the COVID Vaccination Clinic schedule on Friday, May 28 at Central.  Spots filled quickly, so if you were unable to register yesterday, please try again.

Vaccines are available to Will County residents 12 and older.  There is no charge for the vaccine and you must have an appointment.  The second dose is administered at Central on June 23 from 1 to 5 p.m. and you will receive a link to register for the second dose after the first dose is received. 
 
Clinic Parking & Entry 
Park in lot D or E on the east side of the building and enter the clinic through the main entrance of the Student Center.  Please arrive in your time slot. DO Not Arrive Early!  People arriving early cause a backup in line.    


Consent Forms & Identification 
Those under 18 years old NOT attending with a parent or guardian must bring the two signed forms listed below to their appointment:

Those 18 and older and those attending with a parent/guardian must bring one signed form below to their appointment:

Individuals receiving the vaccine must show ID upon entry to the clinic.  Student IDs are accepted.

  4. You will receive a confirmation email after you book
