The Will County Health Department is hosting a Meningitis Vaccination Clinic at Joliet Central High School on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. 

The clinic will be held in Room 295.

Entrance: Please use J Door, located on Eastern Avenue (Auditorium Entrance)
Parking: Lots A, B, or C 

This clinic is open to all Joliet Township High School students, including those from Joliet Central, Joliet West, and Pathways Academy. It will help students meet Illinois state immunization requirements for the 2025–2026 school year. 

Vaccines Offered: 

• Meningococcal ACWY (required for seniors)

• Meningococcal B

• HPV vaccine

Cost: Vaccinations are only available to families with Medicaid, no insurance, or who are underinsured. Services will not be provided to those with private insurance. 
Low-cost vaccinations are offered on a sliding, income-based scale. Please bring proof of Medicaid or insurance status.

Important: A parent or guardian must accompany students under 18 years of age. 

Reminder: Illinois High School Immunization Requirements

• All freshmen, seniors, and transfer students are required to submit completed health documentation by August 19, 2025 (the first day of school). 

• Seniors: Must provide proof of one dose of the meningococcal conjugate vaccine received on or after their 16th birthday.
