An exciting new mentoring program is available to African American males in 6-10th grade.
MAC Mentoring, the vision of the late Michael Austin Clark, is a program designed to provide guidance, support and resources to young African American males in the Joliet-area through mentoring, workshops, discussions, skill-building activities, academic support, tutoring, study skills, and professional development related to topics like health and wellness, financial literacy, and personal growth.

Michael Austin Clark (MAC) Mentoring Community Block Party – April 27
Want to learn more about MAC Mentoring? Families are invited to attend the MAC Mentoring Community Block Party on Saturday, April 27 from noon to 3 p.m. at the National Hook-Up of Black Women Headquarters, 1705 Richards Street in Joliet.
