Joliet West Students & Families: 
 
We look forward to welcoming our students back for the first day of school next Tuesday, August 18. 
 
Joliet West High School photos for the yearbook take place by grade level following the schedule below during PE, Health, JROTC, Drivers Ed. and Band classes. If a student does not have any of these classes, they should go during their advisory period. Photos take place in the Field House from 7:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Retakes take place in the Café Rotunda during all lunch/advisory periods. 

• Friday, August 28, 2026 – Freshman, Sophomores and All Staff - Field House  

• Monday, August 31, 2026 – Juniors, Seniors and All Staff - Field House  

• Monday, September 28, 2026 – School Picture Retakes for All Students & Staff - During Lunch/Advisory Periods in the Cafe Rotunda 

Yearbook pictures are free through Visual Image Photography (VIP), and proofs will be emailed within 2-3 weeks by VIP with an option to purchase.  All seniors should take the free yearbook photo unless they’ve made a studio appointment for senior portraits at a VIP location.
