Incoming Freshman Students & Parents:

We are excited to welcome our incoming freshmen to an in-person orientation this summer. Attendance at this optional event is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged, as it is designed to help students feel confident and well-prepared as they start their high school journey.

Who’s Invited?
All incoming freshmen attending Joliet Central or Joliet West High School in Fall 2025

When & Where:
 Friday, August 8, 2025

·       Joliet Central Campus: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

·       Joliet West Campus: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Students should attend the orientation at the campus they will be enrolled in this fall.

What to Expect:
 Students will have the opportunity to:

·       Meet staff members

·       Explore the layout of the building

·       Participate in fun team-building activities

·       Learn about school resources and ways to get involved

Transportation:
Bus transportation will be provided for students who live 1.5 miles or more from their assigned campus.
