Food Resources Available for Families

JTHS Families:

At Joliet Township High School, we are committed to ensuring that every student has access to the resources they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

If your family is experiencing food insecurity or could benefit from additional support, please know that there are local organizations ready to help. To assist, we have compiled a Community Support Resources page on the JTHS website, which includes a hub of local food resources.

Additional information regarding an upcoming food giveaway and an opportunity to volunteer are below.

Hands of Hope Annual Thanksgiving Food Giveaway

Interested in Volunteering at the Hands of Hope Food Giveaway?
Students needing community service hours are encouraged to volunteer for this amazing community event. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Ms. Marilu by calling 630-886-1553 or by sending an email to marilu@handsofhope4u.org. View the volunteer flyer for more information.

While our school district has limited ability to provide direct support, we want to ensure that families have information about the help available in our community. If you need assistance connecting with resources or would like to talk through available options, please feel welcome to contact us.
