Dear Students,

We invite you to join a new district-wide club, Buddies Unite. If you would like to join this club, complete the Buddies Unite Sign Up Form by October 25. Students who sign up should plan to attend all four club meetings. More information and meeting dates, times, and locations are below.
 
What is Buddies Unite?
Buddies Unite is a club where students participate in team building activities alongside special needs students with Autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities. These students want to share experiences with you! Our goal is to create friendships with no boundaries based on disabilities or campus. 
 
Buddies Unite Events
Students should attend all four events. The activity bus is available if the meeting is not at the student’s home campus. All meetings take place after school from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
 
October 27 @ West Campus
Meet and Greet Kickoff – Meet new friends and have fun competing in Minute to Win it Games. Prizes are included!
December 8 @ Central Campus
Everyone Dance – Learn different dance moves! Includes a professional DJ and lots of fun!
February 23 @ West Campus
Something for Everyone – A fun filled event with activities for you and your buddy! STEM activities, art, music, wellness and more…
May 4 @ Central Campus
Scavenger Hunt – You and your team will have a list of items to find. Snap a picture when you find the item. Teams meet up at the end to share the fun they had on their adventure!
