Joliet Township High School Closure

Effective Tuesday, March 17, all Illinois public and private schools will close out of an abundance of caution to prevent the spread of COVID 19 (Coronavirus).  This action is based on the state mandate issued by Governor Pritzker today at 3:30 p.m.  Our number one priority is the health, safety and well-being of our students, staff, and the community.

Joliet Township High School has an ISBE E-Learning Emergency Day Plan in place and will use this plan to provide a continuum of education while students are not in school.  E-Learning information can be accessed at www.jths.org.

JTHS will continue to communicate additional information to our families and staff as we approach this closure.

Monday is an attendance day for students and staff, and we will use this day to prepare for the closure. Students are required to bring home their laptop computers and items they need to complete assignments on Monday so that they can work on E-Learning assignments.

Thank you for your patience as we navigate through this situation together.
