Josh Baldobinos, a 2015 graduate of Joliet West High School, has risen to become Chief Operating Officer in healthcare administration, leading complex operational initiatives that enhance patient experience and organizational performance. In his current role as Hospital COO, he oversees support services, ancillary departments, and operational infrastructure, driving improvements in throughput, patient satisfaction, and efficiency through data-driven decisions. He also serves as President-Elect for the Chicago chapter of the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives (NALHE), promoting diversity and developing future healthcare leaders.

After high school, Baldobinos earned his bachelor’s in healthcare administration and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare from Baylor University. He has pursued ongoing professional development, including leadership training and healthcare operations certifications, achieving black belt status in Lean Six Sigma.

Advice for Students:
"Don't feel like you need to have everything figured out right away. Take chances, learn from failure, and keep pushing forward. The most important thing you can do is stay committed to your goals and be willing to outwork and outlearn the people around you. Your mindset and effort will take you further than anything else."
