Jaqueline Azpeitia, a 2018 graduate of Joliet West High School, has transformed her passion for beauty into a successful career as a licensed cosmetologist and salon owner. As the owner of “Azpglamstudio”, she creates confidence-boosting looks for her clients while building a brand rooted in creativity, professionalism, and personalized care. Her journey shows what is possible when talent, training, and perseverance come together.​

Jaqueline’s career path began at Joliet West, where she joined the high school cosmetology program during her junior year. She graduated in 2018 and became a licensed cosmetologist that same year, immediately stepping into the beauty industry. Over the past nine years, she has refined her skills, grown her clientele, and developed a reputation for high-quality work and an elevated salon experience.​

In 2025, Jaqueline reached a major milestone by opening her own salon, “Azpglamstudio,” which has now been open and thriving for a year. As a young entrepreneur, she manages both the creative and business sides of the salon, demonstrating strong leadership and dedication to her craft. Her story highlights how opportunities found in high school programs can lead directly to fulfilling, long-term careers.​
