Three Joliet Central High School Joliet Central High School Photography students won awards at the University of St. Francis Art Exhibition & Competition. Over 175 works were featured in the competition this year. Joliet Central awardees were Micah Greene who was awarded Best in Show and $100 for her photo Leaf Oven; Emily Tirado and Nathaniel Smith won honorable mentions and $25 for their submissions Girl Behind the Dress and Forgot My Keys. “I am so proud of these students who work so hard and share their creativity with the community,” said Photography Instructor Anne Zmuda.
