Jose Flores, a 1994 Joliet Central High School alum, is an accomplished gaming and hospitality executive with over 30 years of experience in the casino industry. As Vice President of Operations for Revo Casino & Social House in New Hampshire, Jose oversees strategic operations and growth across multiple properties, leading high-impact initiatives that drive revenue, enhance guest service, and develop next-generation hospitality talent.

Jose’s career journey is marked by leadership and innovation. He is the founder and principal of J Flores Legal, PLLC, a boutique law firm focused on elder law, employment law, and business advisory services tailored to the hospitality and gaming sectors. Recognized by Global Gaming Business as one of the “25 People to Watch for 2021,” Jose has led major capital projects and introduced successful dining and entertainment concepts nationwide.
