Joliet West Volleyball Players:

 

Welcome to Joliet West Tiger Volleyball! We are very excited about this year! Together, with your teammates, coaches and parents we will make this year a success and we will achieve. We want you to strive to be your best. We want you to grow as athletes and people. We want this team to be a priority because once we are all dedicated there is only one place to go and that is up.

 

You will all have important roles on this team, and will contribute to the success of this team. We will only ask you to do things that will make you better. We will give you our respect, but if it is not returned, then you will lose the right to ours. RESPECT! RESPECT! RESPECT!

 

We will give you our best effort and we expect that you will do the same. The season begins today. Everyone starts at zero with no kills, blocks, aces, digs or errors. We want success for each one of you and will give you our best in order to reach your individual goals and team goals.

 

We have been looking forward to this season and hope you have too. We feel very confident with the young women on this team; we believe this team has the potential to achieve all it wants. You were all given a great gift and talent, be sure to take full advantage of that with your teammates. We will be spending a lot of time together for the next few months; you will become sisters, which fight with each other, but always love one another. We will also have many great moments in time on and off the court. 

 

We all have one opportunity at this moment in our lives, make it worth it, and make it count!
