Ms. Yvette Jacquet earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lewis University, majoring in English, History, and Secondary Education. She taught English at Joliet West from 2001 - 2010. Ms. Jacquet earned her Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Chicago in 2006. She earned her second Master of Arts degree in School Counseling and Guidance from Lewis University in 2009.

This is Ms. Jacquet's first year as a school counselor but she will continue as a member of the School Improvement team for literacy, sponsor the student group Leading Ladies, as well as a facilitator for Courageous Conversation.
