Ms. Alexshea Conn is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Sport and Tourism. While at U of I, Ms. Conn was involved in multiple student organizations and worked for the Varsity Women's Volleyball team. Ms. Conn also attended Northern Illinois University, where she earned her Master of Science in Education with an emphasis in school counseling. She worked as a graduate assistant for the counseling and career center and was a boardmember of Northern Illinois University Counseling Association.

Ms. Conn has worked at Joliet West as an upper classman counselor since Fall 2010. She is an Advanced Placement Exam Coordinator as well as a sponsor for the Joliet West Step Team.
