SUMMER HOURS

Main Office

Monday through Thursday

7:00AM - 5:00PM

 

Registration for upperclassmen new to the district will be July 28 & 29, from  8:00AM to 3:00PM.  NO appointment necessary.  For questions regarding upperclassmen registration, contact Shari Johnson at 815-774-1644.

Upperclassmen will need the following to register:

  1. Orignal Birth Certificate,
  2. Guardian Photo ID,
  3. Three (3) Current Proofs of Residency,
  4. Verification of Guardianship or Custody,
  5. Illinois State Board of Education Student Transfer Form Completed by the Previous School, and
  6. Unofficial Transcript

Registration for the Class of 2018 (incoming freshmen) are done Monday through Thursday, from 8:00AM to 12:00PM.  NO appointment necessary.  For questions regarding freshmen registration, contact Pam Dantzler at 815-774-1645.

Class of 2018 will need the following to register:

  1. Certified Birth Certificate (official copy),
  2. Photo ID of Parent/Guardian,
  3. Any Exiting Legal Custody/Divorce Decree/Guardianship Documents, if applicable,
  4. Three (3) Current Proofs of Residency (proofs can not be older than 30 days old)

For more information regarding incoming freshman registration, select the tab Guidance Services / New Student Information / Class of 2018.

 

Information pertaining to Schedule Distribution will be mailed home the week of July 21.

NOTE:

  • If you have not registered your incoming freshman and/or still owe proof(s) you will not receive the Schedule Distribution information.  All incoming freshmen must be registered to participate in the Schedule Distribution process in Aug.
  • If you will be a senior and did not turn in your Student Issued Device form you will not receive the Schedule Distribution infomation.  All students must have an AUP form on file to participate in the Schedule Distribution process in Aug.
  • If you recently moved and have not provided current proof of residency you will not receive the Schedule Distribution information.  Return mail back to us indicates that you have moved and proof of residency need to be provided.

 

SCHEDULE DISTRIBUTION HOURS AND DATES

August 6, 7, 8 - 8:00am to 2:00pm
August 11 - 3:00pm to 7:00pm

Letters regarding Schedule Distribution will be mailed the week of July 21, please refer to the letter for specific times.
