LOCKER CLEAN OUT- Juniors, Sophomore’s, and Freshmen students, please clean out your lockers prior to Friday, May 24th; anything left in the lockers will be thrown out.
COMPUTER FYI- Students, any work saved to your H-drive will be DELETED this summer. The BEST way to ensure you have the work you need is to save to your Skydrive. Information can be found by clicking on “Live@edu” on the JTHS webpage.
SUMMER SCHOOL- Students who signed up for Summer School are reminded that the first day of Summer School is Monday, June 11th at Joliet Central. Students should plan on arriving on that first day at 7:15, at which time you will be able to locate your classroom and teacher’s name. The regular summer school day is from 7:45 till 12:55, Monday through Friday. Parking is available east of the main building off of Collins Street. Parents may drop students off using the main security entrance.
AP U.S. HISTORY- Attention any student taking AP United States History next year! If you did not attend Tuesday’s meeting, you MUST see Miss Monninger in G166 by Thursday, May 24th, if you wish to stay enrolled in the class.
BOYS TENNIS- THE BOYS’ TENNIS TEAM WON SECTIONALS FOR THE 2ND YEAR IN A ROW! Congratulations to Collin Shea and Jack Carney for placing 1st in doubles, and to Tom Carney for upsetting the #1 guy to place 1st at Sectionals. These three players will go to State on Thursday – Best of Luck! Andrew Drummond and Chris Zuniga beat the #4 seed and lost to the #5 seed in a very close match! WAY TO GO BOYS!!
