West Campus Summer Newsletter 2015-2016 coming in July

 

SUMMER HOURS

Beginning June 1, the Main Office will be opened Monday through Thursday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM.

Registration dates for upperclassmen new to the district will be July 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, & 29 from 8:00AM to 11:00AM and on July 23 & 30, from 12:00PM to 3:00PM.  NO appointment necessary.  For questions regarding upperclassmen registration, contact Shari Johnson at 815-774-1644.

Registration for the Class of 2019 (incoming freshmen) will be done daily from June 1 through July 30, from 8:00AM to 3:00PM.  NO appointment necessary.  For questions regarding incoming freshmen registration, contact Pam Dantzler at 815-774-1645.

Registration after July 30, will resume on August 5, during Schedule Distribution.

To get information regarding what is needed for student registration, select Guidance Services/New Student Information from the top bar of the Joliet West website.

 

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL IS AUGUST 19, 2015!

 

Information pertaining to Schedule Distribution will be mailed home the week of July 20.

Schedule Distribution Dates/Hours:

Wednesday, August 5 - 8:00 AM to 3:00PM

Thursday, August 6 - 3:00PM to 7:00PM

Friday, August 7 - 8:00AM to 3:00PM

 

NOTE:

  • If you have not registered your incoming freshman you will not receive the Schedule Distribution information.  In addition, if you owe proof of residency and have not updated your address you will not receive the Schedule Distribution information.
  • If you are an active student you do not have to re-register.
