THE NUMBER ONE GOAL OF THE JROTC PROGRAM IS TO MOTIVATE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO BE BETTER CITIZENS, AND BECOME MORE ACTIVE IN THEIR COMMUNITY.  WE ARE  NOT A HIDDEN RECRUITING PROGRAM.
