Prerequisites:16 years of age; senior standing; must complete application and have coordinator's approval. Recommend one credit in Career and Technical Education Division.

This program is a combination of a daily class in school and approved work experience in the community averaging fifteen or more hours per week. The objective of the course is to develop positive work habits so that a student may bridge the gap from school to successful full time employment.

REMARKS: *Grade 11 with approval. Recommend prior courses related to student's career area. Some jobs require students to furnish tools or special clothing. Students must provide own transportation to job sites.

** .5 credit for class per semester; .5 credit for the first 135 hours of approved work experience per semester; .5 credit for the second 135 hours approved work experience per semester.
