English as a Second Language (E.S.L.) /Bilingual Program

The underlying philosophy of the ESL/Bilingual program for English language learners is to offer a comprehensive, non-discriminatory education.  This program provides students with an opportunity to enter our highly technical society prepared for higher education degrees and/or careers of their choice enabling them to become productive U.S. global citizens.
