Prerequisites: Orientation of Family and Consumer Sciences is recommended.
Students will examine the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of preschool children ages two to six years. Application of the classroom theory is practiced through the student teaching and observing phase of the preschool component of the program. Students will work directly with the children who range in age from 2-1/2 to 5 years old.
