Course Sequence
English

Joliet Township High School offers four years of sequential English courses as well as electives in English. In Drama class, students participate in a play and often enter state contest plays and group interpretation events. The Journalism classes produce the student newspaper and the yearbook. Extracurricular activities include the Speech Team (varsity and junior varsity) that competes in the I.H.S.A. Conference and at various state, sectional, regional and local contests.
