WEB DESIGN

Prerequisites: Computer Applications 1 & 2 are recommended. 

Students will use Dreamweaver and other advanced software to design, create, and maintain interactive web pages.  Students will learn how to apply basic design concepts; write HTML code; create small, fast-loading images; and add audio and video clips, hyperlinks, buttons, and banners, hit counters, etc. Scanners, digital still cameras and digital video cameras will be used.  Career opportunities also will be explored.

REMARKS:  GAP 9 students may enroll.  Students enrolled in this course have a dual credit option to receive college credit from Joliet Junior College.
