Joliet Central Volleyball Players:

Welcome to JC Volleyball! We are very excited about this year- JOLIET CENTRAL STEELMEN VOLLEYBALL!  When parents, teammates, and coaches work hard together under the same philosophy, success will be attained.  Respect, hardwork, and dedication are three main concepts that will help drive Joliet Central Volleyball to success.

Respect must be given to everyone you encounter while being a student-athlete at Joliet Central.  Coaches respect you and in turn, volleyball players will respect all coaches and their ability to help you with the game of volleyball.  Respect among fellow players is also a must so that the "team" concept will help make our chemistry and program successful.

Hardwork is the route taken by all successful teams.  No matter where you are, in the classroom, at home, or on the court, you must be driven to strive to work harder.  This needs to be intrinsic; however, feel free as a teammate to push your fellow teammates in a positive manner.  Remember, leading by example is the best way to motivate others.

Dedication to yourself, your family, and your team should be part of every Joliet Central Volleyball player's life.  What time and effort you put in will be evident in what you get out.

Taking pride in being a Steelman Volleyball player will help make us successful in the tough conference that we are in.  Respect, hardwork, and dedication are three qualities that we expect from you!  With some new, talented, EXCITED faces on the coaching staff, we are very excited for the 2011 season.  Remember, everyone starts off at the same point...how hard are you willing to work to be the best?????!!!!!  Challenge yourself!
