Mrs. O'Connell is very proud to be a member of the Guidance Department.  Prior to joining the counseling staff she taught math for six years in the special education department.  She taught two years at Gomper's Junior High School and four years at Joliet Central.

Mrs. O'Connell received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from McKendree College (now McKendree University) in Lebanon, Illinois and her Master's in Education from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois.

Mrs. O'Connell is very busy outside of school with all the activities her two children are in.  Please feel free to contact her with any questions or concerns you might have.
